The leash is a high quality, super low recoil 16 foot retractable made just for cats. It is designed to feed off their instincts to chase the feathers, but they cannot catch them.
The leash has feathers & a bell that are tethered to the recoil on the leash so when kitty is distracted you allow slack on the leash with the push of a button and the feathers drop to the floor- give them a wiggle and kitty comes running towards them, as kitty does this you press the button again releasing the recoil and it sucks the feathers up the leash and towards you as kitty is already moving thus changing kitty’s direction to the direction you want.
Over time you’ll just jingle the handle and kitty will come in the direction you want with the foundation that the training builds.
It’s repetition training- because cats don’t react well to negative reinforcement, so this beats that obstacle.
